Guided by intention and restorative movement, we focus on four core activities designed to release the best version of yourself.

Yoga & Movement

Active and gentle practices to bring awareness back to your body and to release tension, adapted to all levels, no experience needed.

Breathwork & Icebath

Learn how to regulate your nervous system to create inner clarity, rise energy levels and a balanced mindset. Techniques you can carry back into daily life. Icebath being optional.

Nature

Walk into the forest to connect to nature and perhaps to your own nature.

A time, to sens, to reflect or simply be in the present moment

Self-Development

Reflective and creative self-development workshops to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, access your personal resources and embrace the richness of your own story.

Nestled in nature,
close to home.

Just 40 minutes from Luxembourg City, the venue is tucked into forests and open sky, close enough to reach easily, far enough to feel worlds away. Rooms are simple, clean, and peaceful: a place where you can truly exhale.

Arrive & Opening

Arrive from 17h. A welcome circle, gentle movement, and your first real breath of the weekend . Settling in with no agenda but presence.

Full Day of Transformation

Yoga, breathwork, ice bath and deep-dive workshops through the day.  Followed by a campfire circle in the evening  (depending on weather conditions)

Integration & Closing

A morning and afternoon of practice and reflection. Space for a closing circle to anchor what you'd like to take away with you , before departing at 16h.

COACH & TRAINER WITH PSYCHOLOGICAL BACKGROUND
An experienced coach and professional trainer, Martyna has delivered over 2,000 hours of training and 300 hours of personal coaching to women ready to transform their lives. She guides them through powerful self-reflection to unlock clarity, purpose, and the courage to write a new chapter. Her workshops are evidence-based, direct, and deeply human.

Séverine Daniel
BREATHWORK & MOVEMENT INSTRUCTOR
Certified in breathwork, cold exposure, and yoga, Séverine has guided more than 1,500 people through breathing and ice bath experiences. She creates safe, caring spaces where women can release what no longer serves them and rediscover their innate strength through a deeper connection to the body, the breath, and their own inner resilience.

Good to know

Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. Every session is adapted to where you are. Beginners are very welcome .  All that matters is showing up open to the experience.
How many women will be there?

The group is intentionally kept small,  enough to feel genuine community, small enough that every woman is seen and supported.

What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes (layers work well), a swimsuit, walking shoes, water shoes (or equivalent) and a journal if you enjoy writing. Yoga mats and all practice materials are provided.
What about food and allergies?

All meals are included, vegetarian, prepared with care. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when you book.

Is everything compulsory?
No. Every activity is an invitation. You're always free to step back and spend that time however works best for you to rest, walk, journal, or simply be.
How do I secure my place?
